This Due Vittorie Dolceto White Balsamic Vinegar has a rich sweetness that blends harmoniously with a degree of acidity. It’s made with a mix of aromatic and sweet white grapes from Modena, Italy. Due to its clear golden color, you can use it to add the sweetness, freshness, and acidity of balsamic vinegar while still maintaining the color of a dish.
